Get the description limiters from the Readme headers

Currently the readme section which will be used as description in the nuspec file needs to be given by start and end line number.

Idea: Take everything after ## Description up till the next ## Header to make it more flexible and less error prone.
Installation instructions would have to be moved to ### Installation in order to be included.
