Description
Listing of student groups, organizations, etc. that lives in and outside of Penn State's network. (need to wrap external links in a disclaimer). Develop process for students to add a link to their group. For example - A student makes a Facebook group centered around some common DMD related topic. They could issue a pull request (or email a human) to get the link added to the website.
