Dedicated page for the dangers of slow harddrives

It seems one of the most common problems people face is overflowing the RAM buffer because they are trying to write 500 channels to a magnetic drive. This problem is increasing because channel counts are going up. The disk requirements are kinda buried in hardware requirements page:

I would promote this to its own page with ⚠ Warning admonitions on it.

There's already a "tip" at the top of the page, but we should probably change this to a warning. I also think it makes sense to split up computer requirements and ephys hardware requirements into separate pages – we will do that before the 1.0 release.
