Cloning or pulling issue due to too large file in resources

The file PVT_UN_measurements.txt file is too large apparently, which causes issues when switching from an old branch without it to a branch with the file.

Hi Klaas, thanks for notifying us.

I looked into this, and apparently Git LFS sets a limit on the storage size but also on the bandwidth if you want to use it for free. If many people pull/clone in the same month, this bandwidth is overwritten.

I'll try to find a solution, for example by splitting the large data file into separate ones.

I'll split the full dataset into 9 files (8 full weeks + 2 days) for now. Right now the validation models are not yet part of the unit tests. If we were to add this in the future, either one script per period or a for loop (overwriting the week parameter) can be used.
