git lfs pull fails with the following error
batch response: This repository exceeded its LFS budget. The account responsible for the budget should increase it to restore access.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. git clone https://github.com/open-reaction-database/ord-data.git
2. cd ord-data
3. git lfs install
4. git lfs pull
5. See error
   Expected behavior
   git-lfs should be able to download the ord data

Hi @gregor-mendel, thanks for letting us know. Our LFS usage has been increasing in recent months so it looks like we've hit our monthly quota again. We're monitoring the situation while we work out what the new normal levels of usage are.

On a positive note, the monthly cycle should renew any day now. I'll update here when I have confirmation that LFS is working again.

Hi @gregor-mendel - this should be fixed now, but please do alert us if you encounter that problem again.

What's happened is that GitHub made some changes to our account billing system on 12th April, and it looks like our Git LFS allowance didn't transfer over until yesterday. So if you have encountered Git LFS issues with ord-data in between 12th April and now, then that is likely the cause. We'll be monitoring the situation going forwards, but hopefully the recent bandwidth problems won't return anytime soon.
