Data viewer for uploaded pb/pbtxt files

Feature request idea.

Would be nice to be able to temporarily upload a dataset to the interface for viewing.

Use cases:

• Visual inspection during data preparation and review (before upload to ord-data)
• Be able to view an ORD dataset if it is included as txt in paper SI

Challenges:

• Dataset size restrictions for uploads on backend

This feature will probably be integrated into the new contributions interface (development underway).
