Paper browser for ORD

A browser/search view that arranges datasets/reactions by publication. Use case is helping users identify interest datasets via the associated papers.

One challenge is that we would need to pull additional publication metadata using the DOI.

As a test case and potential solution I will setup a public Zotero library of publications featuring datasets in the ORD.

Added the following to docs in open-reaction-database/ord-schema#771

"We have a public Zotero Group and library where we keep track of Open Reaction Database citations, and also the publications which have reactions in the database."

Suggested workflow if you want to find datasets by publication:

1. Find relevant publication in Zotero library using the 'Datasets' subcollection.
2. Copy DOI from Zotero and search for it in ord-interface search interface.
3. Alternatively, in future we may add ORD dataset_id to the article notes in Zotero.
4. Dataset can then be downloaded from ord-interface search interface, or you can use the dataset_id to find the file in ord-data.
