Rmf-web seems unable to verify the submitted task information.
For example, when I submit an empty task request, neither the dashboard nor the api-server verifies its information, so the task in the rmf is always in an unenforceable state.

This is a limitation with the way the frontend build forms currently. Unfortunately there are some blockers which must be implemented on RMF first before we can address this. open-rmf/rmf_api_msgs#32
