[Feature request]: Release rmf_demos packages on Jazzy

Description

Bloom binaries for packages in rmf_demos while blocklisting rmf_demos_maps until we figure out how to distribute models.

I'm using version 2.4.0.
I tried to run it on jazzy ros2 run rmf_demos_tasks dispatch_delivery -p pantry -ph coke_dispenser -d hardware_2 -dh coke_ingestor --use_sim_time and saw the following errors in the console:
