Release 12.7.1

This release signifies a switch to automated releases based on updates to the OpenActive Vocabulary, Test Interface and Beta Namespace.

Breaking changes made to support stable specifications will adhere to semantic versioning. Updates for specifications that are not yet fully stable such as the Open Booking API and Beta Namespace, will be made via versioned 'patch' releases, with the expectation that developers using this library will always strive to keep up-to-date with the latest data model while in development.
