Add node 24 - it's active lts

Projects who migrated to 24 with an .nvmrc file with 24.11.0 are spending lots of time trying to just pass the initial npm install.

I solved it for now using Setup script:

source $NVM_DIR/nvm.sh
nvm install 24.11.0
nvm alias default 24.11.0
nvm use 24.11.0
