rsml.measurements.parent_position #18
Description
Put in BUG but it may be not.
The function rsml.measurements.parent_position needs either MTG property parent-position or parent-node. But many rsml data do not have those, for instance rsml from RSML web site examples do not have them, neither the RSML exported from HydroRoot.
Therefore, this function is not usable with any rsml.
