Detailed Description

It would be great to be able to set HF_TOKEN when the tests run.

Context

• This is currently used in here but want to move over to the new workflows

I reckon we should update the https://github.com/openclimatefix/open-source-quartz-solar-forecast/ to use these latest ones. Would you be up for doing that?

I’ll update open-source-quartz-solar-forecast to use the new reusable workflows and make sure HF_TOKEN is passed correctly.
I’ll open a PR once the migration is ready.
