[Feature] Sync Opencloud instances for seamless migration #2222

Currently when I switch from one (opencloud docker) to another instance (different company or opencloud kubernetes) I need to migrate all data to the new instance, which could become quite difficult. It would be great if there is like a logical replication (like in postgres) or similar where one can link another opencloud instance and then all files, users, permissions are synced in real time to the new instance, so that the old instance can be disabled at some time and the users just need to login to a different url and everything is then there.
