Create public link name in dialog

User Story

As a user I want to create a public link name directly in the dialog when creating a public link.

User Value

• better UX, creating namely direct a individual link for user context
• preventing "Unnamed link" in first step

Acceptance Criteria

• extend the creating "public link" dialog with a field for name similar same like rename

If we want to do this at all, it should only become visible after clicking on Options. The simple dialog is supposed to be as simple as possible. Any additional input makes it more complicated...
