(mobile): add subtle animations to getting started screen

## context
the getting started screen ui already exists and serves as the first step in the onboarding flow

the login screen includes subtle animations, and this screen should visually complement those animations to create a cohesive onboarding experience

this issue focuses only on enhancing the animations, not redesigning the UI
