Add a test for a charge SM

Since testing with charge is one of the things that often fails. Tried using Sim_LAMMPS_ReaxFF_KeithFantauzziJacob_2010_AuO__SM_974345878378_001, but that one is slow and raises a bond allocation error in the CrystalStructureVsPressure TD
