Planning the v2 release

It's probably time to at least start thinking about when we will ship the v2 of pygls...

However, I'm also conscious that despite declaring v2 "ready" for testing back in August I've continued to make fairly major changes to it! 😅

So... what do we think of targeting October for the release? My thoughts are

• While it will be great to ship it, I don't think there's an urgent need to get v2 out the door?
• It gives v2 time to actually settle and still have a few months spare for testing.
• We can time the release to roughly coincide with Python 3.14 and we can drop 3.9 support since it goes EOL.

I think that's totally fine. I don't see so any urgent need, but of course others should chime in too.
