Add a feature to delete it all

Hi Ronan,
Currently, there is no feature within Matomo Tag Manager in order to clean the container to get rid of all tags and triggers.
I am not sure if it should be posted here or within MTM main repository.

Do you mean a "select all" option to remove all at once ?
