Add information regarding expected exit codes

• Exit code 1: Application error
• Exit code 99: The method is not applicable to this particular dataset (e.g. dataset is mouse but method is only applicable for human)
• Exit code 137 or 139: Out of memory
• Exit code 143: Sig term, usually timeout
