Create a TSC proposal template?

Following on to #4, it might be good to have a template for submitting proposals to the TSC. I'm not fully sure what it would look like at this point, though, so it may be better to wait and see what kinds of proposals the TSC actually gets.

We could use a pared-down version of my example decision template that looks something like

I'm definitely open to ideas here.

Per TSC meeting 2024-02-07, we will adopt this template you recommend and suggest folks to use it. It won't be a requirement to have an issue addressed, though.
