Add measures example and plotting measures

We should add a measures example and one R action, e.g., based on

• Viv3ckj/add hyp001 measures #18
• Add suggestions for plotting measures #20

We should review the two PRs above and add new examples informed by these approaches (and close the existing PRs afterwards).
