Hi, sorry for the delayed response! This was a release week for us, so we have been really busy.

It looks like the problem is happening somewhere at the step I've highlighted below.

At this point, you've successfully passed GPG authorization, Harvard PIN has authenticated your user and sent you to the "operations" page, and a cookie has been set which appears correct.

It might be helpful to debug through the PHP serving this page request, and verify that the $_SESSION variables hold pinserver information. That's probably why pinserver_check_user() is failing to detect the user is already authenticated, and sends the user back to PIN erroneously.
