Our team owns these 7 repositories, and have had shifts in members. We'd like to baseline the maintainers for the repos.

5. Baselined maintainers list. alerting-dashboards-plugin#1411

7. Baselined maintainers list. security-analytics-dashboards-plugin#1401

Additional information to support your request

Shifts in members have left the team with very few maintainers for the repos we own, which makes maintenance cumbersome. Only a few members of the team can do simple tasks like merge release notes, apply backport labels, rerun github checks, etc.; and no member of our team can do those actions for all of the repositories we own.

When does this request need to be completed?

This is not immediately urgent, but it would be helpful to complete this baseline as soon as possible.

Discussed with @AWSHurneyt offline and confirmed the baseline is due to maintainers leaving, therefore the responsible team need to be updated.
