[GitHub Request] New branch in Prometheus exporter plugin to support LTS version 3.6

Details of the request

OpenSearch now officially supports two LTS versions:

• 2.19
• 3.6

Can you please create a new branch called v3.6 in the Prometheus exporter plugin to enable LTS support for OpenSearch 3.6?

We already have v2.19 branch.

Either create an empty branch, or–if you want–you can base it on the plugin's 3.6.0.0 release commit: opensearch-project/opensearch-prometheus-exporter@3ab913f

When does this request need to be completed?

It is fine to tackle before the next OpenSearch 3.6.x release.
