• Updated vision & roadmap publication for 2026 by the TSC #63

Unmaintained repos (?)

I've got two one tactical and one strategic topic:

• OpenSearch Clients haven't been released/aren't being released in timely manner? See https://opensearch.slack.com/archives/C051XNH62KB/p1761157595429339 for an example.

• Release Schedule for 2026? We're trying to plan things around releases and having a sense of schedule...

• How do we establish a shared vision for 2026?

One more... the LTR repo looks like it has lots of maintainers, but most are emeritus (and we need to update the doc!). Strategy/expectations for repo with a minimal number of maintainers. A segue... What is the game plan for increasing the maintainer pool?
