Migrate active_date -> date_picker preference #5
Description
"active_date" was changed to "date_picker" in trunk@7648 but the "active_date" preference was not changed and no "date_picker" preference was added. Data entry folks HATE popup date pickers and want text boxes.
- Add a date_picker preference.
- Migrate the user's active_date preference to date_picker.
- Make turning off date_picker turn off the date popup.
