This is an oddity, but basically there is no stable version of the fixture charms, and this breaks those bundles. These charms are:
- keystone-kerberos
- neutron-api-plugin-arista
- trilio-horizon-plugin
- trilio-data-mover
- trilio-wlm
- trilio-dm-api
These need to be handled by the do-batch script and friends so they don't get updated during the release.
