macOS DMG background image does not display properly on install

Describe the bug

macOS DMG for Plover 5.1.0 doesn't not properly display the background image for installation. May also want to consider if the build process should utilize a tool like https://github.com/create-dmg/create-dmg if not in use already to avoid such issues in future.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Download from releases the macOS DMG for Plover 5.1.0 (named "plover-5.1.0-macosx_12_0_universal2.dmg")
2. Open the DMG
3. Observe that you see a ".background.tiff" file rather than the image being shown as the background of the DMG's folder.

Expected behavior

I would expect the .background.tiff to be shown properly with the graphic instructing users to drag the app to the Applications folder.

On macOS 26.1 the background was still showing but for 26.2 I can also reproduce this behavior.
