wiki Patrolled edits; disabling the feature

The wiki admin feature "Patrolled edits" is not used by us in the OSM Wiki and therefore I ask for disabling it.

I see 2.5 benefits to the deactivation:

• It reduces / omits computing of a unused feature.
• It removes quite some unused links and enhances a clear layout for the admins.
  • It prevents accidental clicks on the wrong link with admin tasks.

It should be possible to disable by $wgUseRCPatrol = false; in LocalSettings.php - https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Help:Patrolled_edits#Enabling/disabling
