Create an HTML Front-End

Here are some basic steps:

• Gather basic case data (Get case data from CourtListener #1) to be displayed on the page (append it to JSON?)
• Use Hyperaudio as a transcript player
• Set up a conversion pipeline with srt2hypertranscript
• Set up a pipeline to build pages for each case (to be hosted statically on S3)

These should be broken out into individual issues and triaged accordingly.
