Automate regenerating bios for every legislator #897
Description
We've created bios for every legislator as a one-off (#192), which is a fine start, but those should be updated at least annually. Use what was learned in preparing the one-off bios and automate the regeneration of them.
It's going to work better to gather the URLs for each legislator's "about" page on their website, and their bio page on the General Assembly website, and feed those into the generator. I suggest making this a multi-step process, first using a search method to find that page on their site, then feeding that URL and the bio page URL to the generator, along with the data that we already have in our local database.
