Some URL redirects are including the server file system path

When deleting a comment in the admin section, it goes to the comment-deletion URL (e.g. `https://www.richmondsunlight.com/admin/comments?op=delete&id=12345`), and then redirects via an HTTP 301 to e.g. `https://www.richmondsunlight.com/var/www/richmondsunlight.com/htdocs/admin/comments/?op=delete&id=12345`. This, of course, does not work.
