No video metadata / analysis is being provided

When viewing an individual day's minutes for 2020, sometimes the video itself is displayed (at best), but that's it — no screenshots, no index, etc. Something's gone wrong here. Figure out what and fix it.

Ah-ha — much the problem here is that the video isn't actually being downloaded! Instead it's an error page that's being saved. I've opened #79 to investigate that.
