Mapping variants to all transcripts

I think that it's important to implement a method that allows a variant to mapped onto ALL transcripts. I understand the validation times argument, but by how much is validation slowed by the cross-mapping function? Yes, it depends on the number of other transcripts.

A (sticky) check box could be added to the page to select whether mapping to all transcripts is carried out.

I have added a set of links to achieve this. Auto-submit option would be nice but this will do for now unless not happy
