Create a Channelpedia DataSource / DataTranslator

Channelpedia is a repository parameterized ion channel models produced by the Blue Brain project from digitizing plots and fitting parameters (similar to ChannelWorm). The goal in this issue is to make it possible to declare subsets of Channelpedia as data sources for users of owmeta. At least one DataTranslator should produce channel data models conforming to the owmeta schema (declared in the "openworm/owmeta-schema" bundle).

Exit criteria:

• The DataSources should indicate where to find terms of use and how to site (https://channelpedia.epfl.ch/terms_of_use).
• The DataSource and DataTranslator should be packaged into an owmeta bundle for sharing.
