missing column header data validation list?

Getting run time error and it looks like the column headers data validation list in Attributes worksheet is missing?

Same here without an runtime error! After syncing my project, I only see an empty filterlist.

Data Validation is showing the right source with the indirect formula but no dropdown menu is available.

I have the same Issue here. No error message and an empty filter list in Excel - just like the screen shot above.

Excel Version: Excel 2016 (no cloud version)

Edit:

That might be a Problem with Excel:
If you just click at the small arrow it happens what is shown in the screenshot above.
But if you click at the cell and not the arrow, a second arrow appears.

If that "new" arrow is clicked, the types appear.

It might be useful to add that to the documentation or the readme.md.
