打包后的固件mac80211出错，无法开热点

Describe the bug | 问题描述
打包后的固件mac80211出错,/mac80211.sh 会调用ipconfig，但是linux肯定是没有ipconfig的，armsr的固件我在PVE虚拟机里没这个问题，但是打包后就有问题了，导致wifi开不起来。
