I sourced my own parts based on the BOM and either the stepper I bought, or my printer tolerances aren't the same as yours. I had to grind down some of the plastic on the inside of the keyed bore to get it to fit my NEMA 11 stepper motor shaft.

It would be great to have multiple STL/3MF files of different keyed tolerances for the gear to account for varied amounts of tolerance in people's 3d printers or slight variations in stepper motor shafts. I do this for a similar part on one of my open source designs and it works well for people:
