Display only math and unicode protocols when creating new ATF

When a user chooses to create a new ATF from the menu, it automatically added protocols math, mylines, legacy and lexical. However the last 3 protocols are rarely used, and we are missing one that is more common: unicode.

This is set up from the user's settings.yaml file. We need to create a new version of the settings to the shipped with Nammu and use only math and unicode as default protocols.
