@tvdeyen there is a lot of activity from you on the project. Is there a blog post or something else to see what the broad picture/roadmap is towards 7.2+? Would be interesting to read.

There is no blog post or road map. We do not maintain a roadmap, because we mostly decide to work on things whenever we have time and see fit, while working on projects for our clients at Blish

I also consider Alchemy feature complete. If we add a feature it is because of necessity for our clients or a request from the community.

That is why most of the work we are doing is refactoring and little UX improvements. The main goal with 7.2+ is maintainability and making Alchemy fit for the future.

For example, we are currently working on removing the jquery dependency and convert all coffeescript files into ES modules.

Future work necessary is using Turbo instead of rails-ujs (for Rails 8) and using ActiveStorage instead of Dragonfly. But this is maintenance as well.

Thanks! Sounds great anyways. Knowing this is well maintained is a big plus. The future plans for Turbo and ActiveStorage sound pretty solid as well.
