Having an interactive members section where, when you hover over a member’s profile, you can see basic details like their name, role, experience, skills, tech stack, and a few projects they’ve worked on
From there, it should be easy to connect with them directly through LinkedIn, GitHub, email, or an internal message option This would make it much easier for members to find the right people for collaboration and also improve networking within the club. It would give the website a more modern and practical feel

We should build a permanent system on our website to showcase:

1. Projects & Collaborations Archive
   Document all major projects and partnerships as detailed case studies.
   Include team, tech stack, timeline, results, and media.
   Keep these records permanently as proof of our work and credibility.
2. Member Portfolio Pages
   Give each member a public profile.
   Showcase projects, skills, certificates, and resume.
   Add professional links (GitHub, LinkedIn, etc.).
3. Integration
   Link projects to member profiles.
   Show each member’s real contributions.
   Benefits
   Builds long-term credibility
   Helps members with jobs/internships
   Attracts sponsors and collaborators
   Strengthens club branding
   Conclusion
   This will turn our website into a professional proof-of-work and talent platform, not just an info page.

I think we can add some practical features like a skill progress tracker, weekly or monthly mini coding challenges, and a mentor–mentee system for juniors and seniors.
A project showcase and a placement/internship prep section would also be very useful for members.
These features can make the Tech Club more active and industry-oriented 🚀

Smart India Hackathon (SIH) Collaboration & Resource Hub
We can add a dedicated Smart India Hackathon section on the website to help students collaborate and prepare better.

1. SIH Team Collaboration Portal
   Members can connect with teammates based on skills, domain interests, and experience.
   There can be separate spaces for juniors and seniors, along with mentor support and team-related announcements.

2. Resource Sharing Hub
   A common place to access previous SIH problem statements, past project repositories, case studies, PPTs, proposals, architecture diagrams, exam papers, interview questions, and useful research or reference links.

3. Past SIH Projects Showcase
   Showcase earlier SIH projects with details like team members, tech stack, approach, outcomes, and learnings, so future teams can understand what worked and what can be improved.

Overall, this would make SIH preparation more structured, reduce repeated mistakes, and help build stronger teams every year. It would also turn the Tech Club website into a go-to knowledge and collaboration platform, not just an event page
