Can we get rid of some of these branches:

I think they are all related in some way to the camera cards / mkvnote script

I just merged into origin/mkvnote-blake an update that makes single file embedding smoother. it stripped out the batch embedding, for now. please test, review. Thanks!

I tossed all the ones that had been merged. The remaining have unmerged work in them.
