The latest driver version you could use depends on the oldest NVIDIA GPU installed on your system. For your case, you should use the Kepler version.

Hi, NVIDIADriver_RCTSE_591.74.0.1_64bit_w10w11_260113 doesn’t seem to work with League of Legends and Easy Anti-Cheat games. I’ve installed both certificates correctly, but I’m still getting errors when I try to launch the game.
