• Add additional sample case for CI CD
• CI CD Sample using github workflow using Google Chrome (within .github/workflow folder)
• Add headless configuration to run chrome

I have done some real time automation for makeplane opensource application it includes real time test cases along with CI/CD run from Github Actions.

CI/CD includes right from application installation and test will execute in the pipeline we don't need separate application to run in a server for testing.

i would like to add another contribution for webdriverio-js-sample.
the content are more like same like the ts one, but using minimal simple JS avoiding TypeScript, heavy frameworks, or complex configurations😊
