I think it could be usefull to allow (for service admins) to list all channels created by a specific user

/msg NickServ ALIST <nick> will do almost what you want in 2.1.

08:41 -NickServ- Channels that Sadie has access on:
08:41 -NickServ- Number  Channel   Access        Description
08:41 -NickServ- 1       #testnet  Founder, SOP  
08:41 -NickServ- End of list - 1 channels shown.
