New feature - NickServ SET NOOP

Hi, good morning..For the future release is possible added a new feature/command -

/ns SET NoOp on|off ?

These command not allow added a own nickname on XOp/Access/flag list of the channel. Is after possible receive a memo (if offline) o notice (is online) when your nickname was remove on XOp/access/flag list?

Example:

ChanServ - Pippo has remove you on AOp list of #test
