The primary focus of this release was resolve issues from the 4.0 release. These ranged from unset variables to a handful of fatal errors.

• cleared up a ton of log warnings
• cleaned up some final PHP8 compatibility errors
• cleaning up old array notation
• cleaned up the session handling
• removed the pdf generation (for now)
• fixed the report generation
• fixed the report formatting
• updated the user delete to use the right method
