For regular training sessions, such as weekly ones, it’s a hassle to keep creating new events. The new events also "unnecessarily" clutter up the platform.

It would be enough to have just one event where the date and name would change based on the XML content.
Another advantage is that the URL for a given race remains the same

Continue adding new events.
Additional context
You will need to extend the password expiration date.
