Redacre expenditure is mock data

The City of Redacre expenditure data seems to be mock/demo data. Color + acre are commonly used placeholder names. See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blackacre

I found the OpenSpending Cities spreadsheet, which lists a Whiteacre city in the US as well. The Whiteacre data isn't uploaded to OpenSpending, but considering there were 2 color + acre cities in the sheet, I can only assume these are mock datasets. One thing to note is that there is a city called Whiteacre in the US, but not a Redacre.
